Force webpage to forward to different page each time user press back button

I am looking for a developer who can create a feature that will force a webpage to forward to a different page every time a user presses the back button. The main purpose of this feature is to increase user engagement. My website is built using custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript, so the developer should have experience working with these technologies. The feature should be compatible with Google Chrome specifically. This project will require a developer who has experience in frontend web development and is proficient in JavaScript programming.
