Flutter & Firebase Project Setup Assistance

Scope of Work:
Project Setup & Troubleshooting:

Assist in setting up the project locally and resolving "flutter.bat exited with non-zero value" and other related build errors.
Ensure that all dependencies are correctly installed and compatible with the latest Flutter and Firebase versions.
Set up Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, and Cloud Messaging to ensure real-time chat functionality is working as intended.
Bug Fixes & Code Optimization:

Debug and fix any major errors affecting the core chat functionality.
Optimize the codebase for performance improvements and better maintainability.
UI Modifications & Enhancements:

Modify the messaging screen UI for improved user experience and aesthetics.
Implement necessary UI changes, animations, and design updates as per project requirements.
Customization for Future Features:

Prepare the UI and backend structure to support additional features in upcoming iterations.
Ensure modifications are scalable and maintainable for future development.
