Flutter Cross-Platform App Build.

I need a seasoned Flutter developer who can move fast and still deliver rock-solid code. The goal is a single codebase that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android, with a clean, modern interface and an architecture that will scale long after launch.

Core functionality must include:
• User authentication (email / password signup and login)
• REST-based API integration for all data transactions
• Offline mode that syncs gracefully once the connection returns
• Real-time data updates (WebSocket, Firebase, or an equivalent approach)
• Push notifications configured for both platforms
• A responsive UI that feels native on every screen size

I’m expecting production-ready Dart code, logical folder structure, and concise documentation so future contributors can jump in quickly. Automated tests covering critical flows are a plus.
