Flexible Web Development Project

I’m looking for someone who can handle end-to-end pengembangan web while working on a schedule we can both adjust as the job progresses. The scope is still open—layout, features, technology stack, and launch timeline will be defined together—so I need a developer who is comfortable gathering requirements, proposing the best approach, and iterating without rigid clock-in rules.

You’ll help me shape the site architecture, build clean front-end pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or the framework you prefer), connect any necessary back-end logic, and make sure everything is responsive and bug-free before we go live. If you have strong opinions on CMSs, modern JS frameworks, or deployment pipelines, I’m happy to hear them; the main point is that you can deliver quality code and communicate clearly while keeping your hours flexible.

Deliverables will be:
• A fully functional, mobile-friendly website hosted on the platform we agree on
• Source code with clear documentation and basic installation instructions
• A brief hand-over session so I can maintain or expand the site later
