Flask backend JS onchange for dynamic selections

I have some incomplete code that uses JS to "onchange" event to submit values to backend for multiple variables. I need to complete this code working for refreshing selections and submitting final selections from UI. I want to add a number of entries dropdown to replicate the selection by adding more rows in UI. I need someone how is expert in Flask/Python and JS.
