Flask Web UI to schedule and run Linux scripts

We have a CLI program that is similar to a Digital Signage system. It's capable to display different type of contents on a specific monitor (assuming the computer has two monitors connected)

We have a command-line program that can display photos, videos, and web pages on a specific screen (given that we have two monitors connected)

We need a mobile and user friendly web GUI to schedule and run the contents using our CLI Program.

Again, our CLI Program runs great on the Linux terminal and you don't need to build this part. We need your help to build a web UI.

I need an expert in Flask, JS, and CSS.

The CLI Program takes arguments / parameters from the user (just like most Linux tools).

Example:

# Display video on screen 02
./CLI_Program --play --mute --monitor2 ./home/user/video.mp4

# Display web page on screen 01
./CLI_Program --monitor1 --url="https://www.example.com/page10

# There are 3 things I would like to mention:
