Fixing a chrome plugin for Instagram (Photo container)

Hey there, we wrote a simple plugin which grabs selected image from any website and show it in a container on a chrome plugin. However recently we have been having issues with Instagram, It still works with all other websites but we get this error on Instagram when we click on an image 'Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE.NotSameOrigin' It's an easy fix but as I'm not a coder and I don't work with my old coder I'm looking for someone to help.
