Fixing My Website and Modifying front end backend.

My website is made in 2004 on VB.Net I want to first bring my website online fix entire errors of entire pages modify the pages so every feature function is working. Once entire site is working bug free I want to do front end react/next.js backend .Net or Node.js. I need someone to work with my team full time on this project. This will be on going project.
