Fixing/Enhancing JS/CSS in an (existing) Electron-JS Project

I need a skilled JS/CSS developer to help me fix/enhance an existing ElectronJS Project.
The JS code needs to be cleaned up and fixed regarding the naming of the used JS/CSS functions and variables. All existing features should be preserved, actually made operational, and extended with respect to 2 additional interfaces that are being made visible via activating buttons (like tabs)—Proj. should be done within the WebStorm IDE.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience with JavaScript, particularly with ElectronJS.
- Proficiency in using a local SQLite database management.
- Ability to create dynamic and interactive HTML elements.
- Understanding of user interaction design.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap.
