Fix quantityChanged input function and update totals on cart page -- 2

I have a built project and I need the quantity input on the cart page to be updateable and reflect in the totals, please fix my function. I also need the totals to reflect below formula

subtotal = for each product (product price* quantity)
gst = subtotal * 0.1
total = subtotal + gst
