Fix JS media player bug in Django App

There is a bug in the media player on a Django App , the music player is written in JQuery , the files of the track are being uploaded to a AWS S3 bucket and the app is being deployed to Heroku, but the music player doesn't load the tracks and sometimes comes back as 'Unhandled Promise rejection' in the console. I need this to work across Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
