Fix javascript drag and drop does not work properly and the drag and drop width needs to be changed when width screen size is changed.

javascript drag and drop does not work properly. It works only normal computer but does not work on touch screen or mobile phone.


requirements :

1. fix the drag and drop javascript so that it can work in the touch screen device and normal computer.
2. fix the css so that drag and drop width can be changed when screen size is changed.
3. do not use other javascript package. Please just modify or change existing javascript code and css code.
4. you do not need to upload files to me and just tell me how to fix it. We will fix and test it online.
5. We need the person who have worked the drag and drop project before because we do not want to waste your time and you cannot finish it.
