Fix issues with our Google WebRTC connecting with xirsys

We implement google webrtc for our one on one video chat in our application.
1) Fix the issues of configuration with the XIRSYS server to access the TURN server and make sure it is working from different devices.
2) Enhance the scripts to enable multiple users switch on their webcam for conference meetings. Maximum capacity to be determined.
