Fix issues on a Random Video Chat script on my VPS server -- 2

Hello, for trying purpose I need to run a Random Video Chat script on my VPS server (ubuntu 18.04).
The script is made with Laravel - HTML5 - JavaScript - WebRTC - NodeJS - Socket.io
I tried the automatic installation and also the manual installation on Ubuntu 18.04, for both the installation ends successfully, however my site is inaccessible (error 403 Forbidden) and the script doesn't work ...
I'm looking for a freelancer to fix all issues on the script to make it work properly on my VPS.
