Fix Selenium ChromeDriver Page Load Issue

We are experiencing an issue where Selenium ChromeDriver fails to load a specific URL.
However, the same URL loads successfully when accessed manually in Chrome.

Ideal Freelancer Should Have:
Proficiency in:
Selenium WebDriver using C#
ChromeDriver version management
Debugging browser crashes, SSL errors, and connection issues
Ability to work remotely on our machine and provide the final solution.
The URL and sample code will be provided via private message after project acceptance.
