Fix React with infinite scrolling issue

Watch the video to see the scrolling issues. When scrolling to the bottom, it fetches more data and the scrolling should be in the middle not jump back to the top. I expect to get fixed without running on your local machine because it takes hours to set up on a local machine and running.
