Fix Print Button on Online School Worksheet Maker

School teachers use this program to help children learn to write their names. We've had this program working fine for several years but all of a sudden it stopped working. Here's how it is supposed to work...
1. The teacher types the child's name from the keyboard and the letters appear on the virtual worksheet in dot trace letters.
2. The teacher then clicks the Green PRINT button you see on the top right of the virtual worksheet.
3. Normally, when the green PRINT button is clicked, it goes to the formal Print dialogue box.
The problem now is immediately after clicking the green PRINT button it shows a magnified image of the page to be printerd but no print button. I need someone who knows Javascript to look at the code. The code for printing is on the create.php file. I can give you FTP access to the site. If you can get this fixed in 8 hours I will give a $100 bonus over top of your bid price.
