Fix Make.com Automation for Order Tracking

I've built an automation on make.com but for some reason it's not working. Can you please help me fix it? I'm trying to connect Vapi to my Shopify store and to an external URL, to retrieve the real-time shipping status of each order and send the info back to Vapi. Each order contains a tracking URL of the shipping company's website. The automation must trigger this URL and read the latest delivery status of the order and send the info to Vapi.
I have half-built the automation and need your help to fix it, add what is missing and make it work.
Currently the automation is failing at retrieving real-time shipping status and sending info back to Vapi.
