Fix Live Chat (Genesys with RASA using Custom Action) -- 2

We were doing integration Genesys live chat with RASA. We integrated 6 APIs. But unable to send and receive message and the sequence not coming properly with multiple users.
Need to get it fixed within 2 days.

After fixing to do test, will connect using Anydesk because it will be needed VPN. We will co-operate on this while testing.
