Fix Cordova Web App

I have a small cordova rating browser website and android+ios apps. I hosted the browser site to my server and I have the webservice and admin dashboard(back office) hosted/working on my server. The problem is that the website has multiple issues like scrolling issue on phone, the site doesn't remember the location I selected after going back to the main page, I can't input location in the add worker page, the back arrow take me to a completely different page on phone rather than taking me to main page, back arrow missing in other pages... I want an expert at cordova, html, css, javascript, jquery, and php to look at my website and fix all issues. I also need a video of how the issues were fixed so I know how to fix other issues as they come up in the future.
