Fix Bootstrap 5 Website and some additional development

So we have a website developed with Bootstrap 5 and Java Spring which interacts with backend server. Some of the elements are misbehaving and some elements of pages will need to be coded in. Data comes from backend and is presented in a webpage (typical!)
But page(s) and some tab elements are not showing data as expected
