Fix Angular CLI 13/Bootstrap 5 project

I'm working on a personal project with some friends and I'm stuck. I wanted to implement a weather component in my web app so I pulled a project from github but it is not rendering correctly (I plan to give credit and modify it so it's not identical). I think there is some configuration that's off and I've been stuck on it for a week. Hoping this will only take someone a couple of hours to fix. I'm attaching the html file that is giving me trouble, and I will provide the rest of the code if you accept. You are more than welcome to change whatever you need to get things working correctly.
