Firefox add-on to copy and paste text
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hi,
I need a Firefox extension that copies and pastes text from a webpage, into an Excel file.
The logic should be:
- If a word containing the letters "ABCD" is found - copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A1.
(Obviously ABCD and A1 are variables, these can be changed). The text variable should be case sensitive. And it should only copy the first instance of that word.
So for example, if there is a website that has the following sentence:
"The blanket was white. And it was a very nice blanket. The quality was great."
And for example, if the text variable was "blank" and the Excel cell was C3.
Then it means the add-on, when it is run, would copy and paste the word "blanket" into cell C3. Notice that, even though the variable was "blank", the add-on should copy the ENTIRE word containing "blank", so in this case - blanket.
Finally, the extension should support 50 copy and pastes of text from a single webpage into Excel.
Like this:
1. If a word containing the letters ABCD is found - copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A1.
2. If a word containing the letters ABCD is found - copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A2.
3. If a word containing the letters ABCD is found - copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A3.
...
50. If a word containing the letters ABCD is found - copy and paste the first instance of that word into cell A50.
Budget $30.
Thanks.
