Firebase project setup automation

We have a React based web portal that operates on Google Cloud Infrastructure and writes data to Google Firebase and Google Firestore. The databases may also be accessed by authorized third parties using webhooks. Security is password based and is limited to read and write permission of the total database.

The Project Objective

We want to scale the portal to permit the creation and management of separate Firebase and Firestore projects from a central admin panel as well as provide a flexible roles-based security for each individual project. Federated login and two factor authentication will also be part of the process.

The project will consist of a design phase and a build phase. Ideally we have a candidate that can perform both phases.

Solid understanding of Firebase and Firebase project management, specifically the Firebase Project Management REST API
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically with IAM and managing Service Accounts
Experience with basic terminal scripting / automation

Experience with automating Firebase project creation a plus
Experience with React and React Contexts a plus
