Firebase and VueJS Full stack developer

Looking to hire an expert in Firebase and VueJS to take over development and maintenance of an existing website. The candidate should be a proactive member and not need a lot of handholding or supervision. We are looking to hire someone on an ongoing basis and the right candidate will be able to work collaboratively with stake holders across the world.
Good communication and time management skills are a must. Will need to work on US hours. At least half a day overlap with US Eastern timezone.
