We are seeking a skilled freelancer to help develop StaffTracker Pro, a cloud-based staff management application designed for small to medium-sized businesses. The application uses Firebase for backend services and requires a professional, user-friendly frontend.

Key Requirements:

Expertise with Firebase, including Firestore for database management and Firebase Authentication for secure login.

Experience designing and developing corporate or professional web interfaces.

Ability to create a clean, modern, and responsive user experience for both managers and staff.

Core Features to Implement/Refine:

Role-Based Access: Separate experiences for managers and staff.

Schedule Management: Create, view, and edit shifts with a clear, week-by-week calendar view.

Real-Time Attendance Tracking: Clock in/out functionality for staff with live updates for managers.

Profile Management: Add, edit, and manage employee profiles, including roles and pay rates.

Shift Swap System: Allow staff to request swaps, with manager approval workflow.

Centralized Dashboard: Display key metrics like scheduled shifts, staff on duty, and pending swap requests.

AI-Powered Scheduling (Optional): Integration with Groq API for intelligent shift suggestions.

Ideal Skills:

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.

Proven experience integrating Firebase in web applications.

Ability to translate functional requirements into a professional and visually appealing interface.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback efficiently.
