Finishing off app

I need to have my webapp finished. Code is mainly build in javascript, it is more CSS then javascript. Looking for someone that provides quality. Needs to be one API connection, and the website IP address keeps changing. This is a problem with the api, the IP address needs to stay the same for the api connection to work
