Plugin 1: filepond Face Detector Validator implementing https://github.com/nenadmarkus/picojs

Plugin 2: filepond Face Crop using https://github.com/nenadmarkus/picojs
"scale" : Number - size multiplier of the found face ( default: 1 )
"force" : Boolean - crop and resize whole image even if no faces found ( default: false )
Provide working examples must work on Chrome, Firefox on Edge, and IE11 and must be able to select a file or web camera.
