Front-End Implementation from Figma

We need a front-end developer to build a responsive landing page from our finalized Figma design.

Scope:
Implement pixel-accurate HTML/CSS/JS (no frameworks) from the provided Figma file
The contact/registration form must keep all existing field names and IDs — our IT team will handle backend connection
Add smooth scroll for the “Register now” CTA
Include a blue underlined Privacy Policy link
Ensure full responsiveness (375px–1440+px) and Lighthouse ≥ 90

Tech stack:
HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, vanilla JS (ES6)
Clean, semantic, well-commented, no unnecessary libraries

Deliverables:
Complete static front-end package
README with binding selectors and integration notes
Lighthouse screenshot (Performance / SEO / Best Practices)
