I have a static website design in Figma, and I need a freelancer to:
• Animate the website with smooth transitions, hover effects, and interactive elements.
• Ensure animations work across desktop and mobile.
• Deliver the final project as a fully functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript package (ready for WordPress integration).

Requirements:
1. Animation & Interactivity
• Page transitions (fade-in, slide effects, etc.)
• Hover effects for buttons and images
• Scroll-based animations (parallax, reveal effects)
• Smooth content loading animations
2. Exportable HTML Package
• The final website must be delivered as clean, exportable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.
• Must be compatible with WordPress integration.
3. Preferred Tools
• Webflow (recommended) OR GSAP with HTML/CSS/JS
• Framer is NOT preferred unless the animation can be fully exported to HTML.

Deliverables:
