I wish to recreate and seperate the following 4 functions in plain javascript, with an example html file to load js file and activate like creepjs.
For javascript create three versions of files ES5, ES2017, ES2019 and check if they work(ES5 might not).

Explain step by step instructions on how to extract the functions from open source project, compile to javascript on Windows 10/11.
Include ts/typescript if you used it to compile it to functions and all needed files to compile it.
I have never used ts/typescript
