I am in search of an expert Vue JS and Fabric JS developer to build a form using Vue JS. Wait, it's not a simple form, it's a complex, multi-steps form.
Key requirements include:
* Expertise: The candidate should have a high level of proficiency in both Vue JS and Fabric JS. Prior experience in similar projects is preferred.
* Main Functionality: Bids should be centered around the integration of manipulating complex scenes onto the platform using both Vue JS and Fabric JS.
