The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to assess candidates' technical depth effectively.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge and coding skills in MEAN, MERN, MEVN, or Node.js-based stacks.
Assess expertise in front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js and back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express.js.
Design and administer coding challenges, system design problems, and real-world scenarios to test candidates' abilities.
Evaluate candidates understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and database optimizations (SQL or NoSQL).
Provide detailed and constructive feedback to hiring teams on candidates' technical competencies.
Stay updated on the latest trends in JavaScript and full-stack development to maintain a robust evaluation process.
Occasionally guide internal teams on advanced concepts and best practices in full-stack development.
Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using MEAN, MERN, MEVN, Node.js, or JavaScript Full Stack.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and back-end development with Node.js.
Advanced knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL or NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience as a technical panelist or evaluator for senior-level technical roles.
