Expert Back- and Frontend Developer for Web Project - Improve page of jquery mobile Webapp

I'm seeking an expert frontend developer well versed in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In-depth knowledge of Django and jQuery Mobile is crucial for this project.
The successful candidate must have:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong experience with Django and jQuery Mobile frameworks
- Proven expertise and a track record in frontend development
- Strong experience with Python and understanding of backend systems.
- Familiarity with Bitbucket or similar version control systems.
- Ability to access and work with a Raspberry Pi over SSH.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
