Headhuntable is seeking an experienced React Developer to join our dynamic tech team. You’ll build and maintain innovative, user-friendly web applications leveraging React.js to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience on our AI-driven career platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interactive front-end components using React.js to create exceptional user experiences.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to translate design prototypes into high-quality code.
Implement state management solutions using modern React libraries (Redux, Zustand, or React Query).
Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs provided by backend developers to ensure seamless data exchange.
Optimize web applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Maintain clear documentation and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
Proactively suggest improvements to UI/UX, workflows, and application structure.
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience developing web applications using React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and familiarity with TypeScript.
Strong understanding of React hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and performance optimization.
Experience integrating APIs and familiarity with asynchronous programming.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks (Shadcn UI, Material UI).
Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Basic understanding of backend technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure.
