Expandable datatable to show child rows

I am looking for an expandable datatable with user-defined settings similar to the one outlined here - https://www.in-running-trading-tool.co.uk/user-guide-race-cards/ - and explained in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmqQuFYypqY&t=237s.

My data relates to golf rather than horses so there are some differences, but the functionality remains the same.

All the data needed for this is in a mysql table.
