Exisiting SvelteKit and Clover API Food Ordering Website Help

I have existing project which pulls in Clover Inventory and adds items to cart array. It also adds modifiers to the item, but I am having an issue with adding multiple modifiers and also removing them. I would like for you to write a function that is able to add/remove multiple modifiers. Please only bid if you have experience with Clover API and Svelte.
