Error in js or jquery about expiry date

I have an error into the php page, in the web version on pc and in iphone the form work well, but in the android on the browser, there is an error while typing, i made the form create (MM/YY), on web and pc and iphone works well, but on android chrome it create the numbers and he merged them with wrong order, i need a quick fix, its just to edit the js script
