Environmental GIS Web Application Development

I'm looking for an experienced GIS web developer that can build a feature-rich application using the Leaflet library. The application should incorporate the following features:
- Map visualization and overlay: As a primary feature, the app should display environmental data visually on a map that users can manipulate and interact with.
- Geocoding and Address Search: Users should be able to search for specific addresses or locations and receive accurate geocodes in return.
- Spatial Analysis and Query: I require a function for users to perform spatial analysis and queries on the environmental data presented on the map.
The developer should have a strong background in GIS web development, particularly experienced with Leaflet mapping library, and should also have a working understanding of environmental data. The ability to create an intuitive UI for non-expert users would be a significant asset, as would experience in working with large datasets.
