UI Enhancement: Convert Struts App to React

I'm looking for a skilled developer to convert our current Struts-based application into a new, more modern React JS application. The main goal of this conversion is to enhance the overall user experience of the application.
Key Requirements:
- Conversion of the existing functionality: The purpose of this project is to convert the existing application and not to add new features. The developer will be responsible for translating the existing Struts functionality into a new, efficient, and user-friendly React JS application.
- Use of provided designs: As a client, I will be able to provide the designs for the application. The developer will work with these designs to ensure that the final product is consistent with the existing look and feel.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with React JS: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality React JS applications. Experience with React and Struts integration would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of user experience: Since the main goal of this project is to enhance the user experience, the developer should have a good understanding of user interface design and user behavior.
- Ability to work with provided designs: As I will be providing the designs for the new application, the developer should be comfortable working with existing design assets and translating these into a functional React JS application.
