Project Overview
We’re looking for an experienced WordPress developer to enhance the admin functionality of our QuickMow website.
The site currently uses a dynamic pricing system on the booking page that automatically updates the service cost based on what the customer selects (e.g. lawn size, edge trimming, extra services, etc.).
We need to make the pricing easier to manage and update directly from the WordPress admin area — without touching code.
Project Requirements
1. Admin Pricing Table
Create an editable pricing table inside the WordPress admin dashboard.
The table should list all current service pricing values (for each option/selection shown on the booking form).
Admin users should be able to:
Update prices directly from the table.
Add or remove service types if needed.
Any price changes made here must automatically update the dynamic pricing logic on the booking page
.The pricing logic on the front-end should remain dynamic and real-time, just as it currently works.
2. Integration
Ensure the admin table fully integrates with the existing booking system and pricing calculator.
Maintain all current features, responsiveness, and styling.
Ensure changes are secure, stable, and don’t impact site performance.
The solution should be simple to maintain — ideally using WordPress native options, ACF, or a lightweight custom plugin.
Deliverables
Functional admin pricing management interface.
Automatic link between backend pricing and the live booking form.
Testing to confirm correct pricing updates for all service options.
Short admin guide on how to update prices in future.
Technical Notes
WordPress-based site (please identify the booking plugin or system in your proposal).
Must retain existing dynamic pricing functionality.
No major visual changes to the booking page required.
