Enhance Shopify Pop-up & Email System

I require a Shopify expert to add a feature to my store. This feature is aimed at enhancing the user experience and communication.
What Needs to be Done:
- Implement a button that, when clicked, shows a pop-up screen.
- In this pop-up, the product's name should be displayed.
- Add a form to the pop-up that collects the user's name, email and query.
Email Requirements:
- Upon form submission, send an automated email to both the user and the store admin.
- Include the user's query and the product's name in the email.
