Enhance NestJS App with Data Validation

I'm in need of an experienced developer to work on my existing NestJS application, specifically to refactor code that is already existing in other project. The other project just calls the database directly from the frontend and we want to refactor this code and add it to a nestjs application in following REST conventions. If you understand how to stay in line with the current codebase and maintain consistency, this work is for you.

We will provide access to Next.js application where actual code is living and we will also provide the Nestjs application where we want this code to live, after refactored.

Key tasks include:

- Understanding the current codebase and project structure and adhering to its established design patterns and coding style
- Create new modules, controllers, repositories to accomplish the task

Required Skills:

- Proficient in NestJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL databases
- Strong understanding of data validation and related security concerns is a must
- Experience working with existing codebases and contributing to ongoing projects
