Enhance Excel TypeScript Script for ATERA API

I'm looking for a skilled TypeScript developer with experience in Excel scripting to fix and enhance my current script that pulls data from the ATERA API. The script is partially working but needs some modifications to meet my requirements.

Key Tasks:
- Modify the existing script to pull additional data columns, specifically:
- Ticket details / comments
- Username (client user)
- Implement new functionality for the script, including:
- Enhanced error handling
- Ability to run the script again to just import new data entries
