Elementor Expert for Custom Footer Menu

I'm seeking an Elementor specialist to create a custom footer menu on my site. The menu should mirror the layout in the provided screenshot.

Key Requirements:
- The menu should be fully functional on all device types: Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
- It includes specific buttons:
- 'Vorige' for going back one post
- 'Volgende' for going to the next post
- 'Cover' linking to the home page (this is already set up)
- 'Contact' which should slide up with contact info
- 'Inhoud' which should slide up with a menu of all posts with rounded edges like the current design
- The 'Inhoud' button's menu should have a black background and white text, with a scrollbar on the right for when there are too many items
- The 'Contact' button's method should be a slide up
- The 'Inhoud' button should not include categories or tags, just a menu of articles
- The footer menu should remain sticky and visible at the bottom of the screen regardless of scrolling.

If you're able to recreate the existing footer template to make this work, that's also acceptable.
