Electron app

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a cross-platform desktop app with Electron or Tauri. The app must ability such as reading PDF file and outputting certain sections from pDF into an Excel file. The project timeline is tight, and the app needs to be completed within a month. Due to the short timeline, it is essential that the developer has strong experience working with Electron applications.
