Efficient Notification Automation

I'm in need of a freelancer who can help me set up a system to send automated notifications via WhatsApp. The main goal of this project is to streamline two key areas of my business: customer support inquiries and appointment scheduling, validating and customer communication including multi media. By leveraging Power Automate in conjunction with Twilio's API for WhatsApp, I aim to improve responsiveness and reduce manual handling in these processes. I want to integrate with sharepoint lists and Teams.
Evidence of previous working solutions is mandatory. Outline of solutions will be need to be included in proposal.
**Requirements:**
