Educational Queue - WebRTC
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
looking for a developer that has extensive knowledge with Wowza WebRTC and can create a way to have students join a virtual meeting room via a queue system -
Once person has joined the queue, they will be notified that they've joined via the WebRTC application and they are number x in the queue. Chat function is a must as a one to one or broadcast to all from operator.
When person is x in the queue, operator/moderator will allow video/audio to be accepted from that person (to ensure all is operable) and place them "on hold" in that queue.
When ready to interact with teacher, moderator/operator will move them over to the "lecture hall" and they then can interact in real time to the teacher- while streaming out live to all the participants watching.
Developer to provide working mock up of WebRTC based on Wowza WebRTC prior to moving forward with project.
Preference given to developer in North America, and on Central/Eastern time zone.
All code development remains the exclusive right of the company paying for development.
