Edit script to show content when getItem localstorage.

I have an Html file with Click to show/hide div. When clicked on it will reveal the content inside the div and if click again it will close the content. Need to set local storage to keep it show/hide even reload the page.
When I click on the toggle div it reveals the content but after I reload the page it closed. I want you to set local storage to keep it shown (reveal) when clicking on it. And keep it closed (no reveal the content) if it's close.
