Edit Mapbox Map with points and lines

we need someone to edit our mapbox js script and add interactive points with tooltips ( clickable elements with a popup including an image and link ) along with a line connecting each point. We want the points added via a json file and we want the lines between each point to be adjustable with hidden "points" to create curves between main points. Each point on the map needs to include a number ( see attached )
the tooltips should be editable with css ( added to the existing style sheet ) see attached files.
need to get this done asap.
